Health First Indiana Funding

The Marion County Public Health Department is allocating up to $10 million of its Health First Indiana (HFI) funding in 2025 to award grants to community groups who provide programming that addresses core public health services identified in the HFI statewide initiative.

The grant application cycle begins on October 15, 2024. The application deadline for grant funding is November 18, 2024. Grants will be awarded on December 16, 2024.

Funding is for a 12-month period beginning January 2025. The four funding levels are:

  1. Less than $25,000
  2. $25,000-$75,000
  3. $75,000-$300,000
  4. $300,000 and above
