Safe and Sound for Life: Social & Emotional Health and Safety

  • Offered for Grades 7 and 8

Safe and Sound for Life teaches students about self-awareness and provides them with the skills to be socially and emotionally healthy and safe. Lesson plans go into detail on topics such as management strategies for stress, communicating clearly and effectively, how to seek help for self and others, and bullying (including cyber bullying).
