CHILDCARE FACILITIES

The Water Quality Department uses Health and Hospital of Marion County Code Chapter 11 as basis to license childcare facilities such as preschool and nursery schools that are licensed by the State of Indiana.

Licensed Childcare facilities licensed by MCPHD are subject to annual inspections to verify license compliance.
